Types of Financial Assistance
Short-To-Medium-Term Assistance
Temporary support for families and individuals who are unable to work for a period of time (e.g. due to illness, caregiving responsibilities), are looking for a job, or are earning a low income and require assistance to meet their basic living needs.
Long-Term Assistance
Long-term support for persons who are permanently unable to work due to old age, illness or disability, have limited or no means of income, and have little or no family support.
Interim Assistance (IA) [Enhanced from 17 Aug to 31 Dec 2026]
Immediate financial assistance to individuals and families who require urgent and temporary financial relief.
Student Care Fee Assistance
Fee assistance for children from working families enrolled in MSF-registered Student Care Centres.
Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme
Support to defray kindergarten fees for Singaporean Children.
Child Care Financial Assistance
Support to defray preschool fees for Singaporean children.
