Dental Services for Persons with Special Needs

This card covers standard medical and hospitalisation treatments at public healthcare institutions (including polyclinics) and intermediate and long-term care (ILTC) institutions for needy residents of MOH-funded nursing homes, or MSF-funded sheltered and disability homes.


Eligibility

  • Applicants must be Singapore citizens or permanent residents of Singapore, and are residents of MOH-funded nursing homes, or MSF-funded sheltered and disability homes.

  • Applicants with monthly per capita family income of $800 or less.

  • Applicants with personal savings of $6,000 or less.

How to Apply

Applications can be made through a medical social worker at the institution housing the resident, either the MOH-funded nursing homes or MSF-funded sheltered and disability homes.
