How To Respond To A Notice Of Variation

If the parent (the “Applicant”) or the child (the “Respondent”) applies to change the Maintenance Order made earlier, a Notice of Application will be sent to all affected parties.

Both parent and child need to respond within 14 days of the Notice of Variation application.

You must send or email the following to the Secretariat Office of the Tribunal:

  • an Answe​r (Form 12)
  • a Statement.
